CTANJ Dinner/Auction

Tuesday 5/20 * il Tulipano * Cedar Grove

All members of the Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey are invited to attend the CTANJ Dinner/Auction which will be held on Tuesday May 20 (6 PM) at il Tulipano, 1131 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.

For sure, this will be an evening for good drinks, great food, a lot of fun and, importantly, a solid business development opportunity to catch up with those in the industry you know and meet up with those you want to get to know better.

Topping off the evening will be a live auction with more than thirty fabulous items up for bid, including CD/NLA show passes, Chauffeur Driven advertising and promotion, tequila and vodka "towers," fine wine baskets and more. Whether you want to get in on the bidding or simply make it a spectator sport, the auction will be a lively and action-packed time for all.

Advance registrations are required. The cost for the evening is $125/person for CTANJ members and $150/person for non-members.

The entitlements of each sponsorship are extensive and guarantee that your company name will be seen again and again by every one of the event's attendees as well as by everyone who receives and sees the event's many promotions.

Gold Sponsorship ($1,500):

1. President's platform introduction of your company designating sponsorship category at the event
2. Two minutes platform time for your company at the event
3. Company logo signage at the meeting entrance
4. Company logo signage on all-sponsor photo backdrop board
5. Recognition of your sponsorship in one CTANJ E-News issue preceding and one CTANJ E-News issue following the event

Auction Item Donations Requested

As above, the Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey's biggest event of the year will be the dinner/auction on Tuesday May 20.

Just as it has been for many years at this annual gathering, the live auction that will be held following dinner is sure to be the highlight of the evening.

To ensure its success, CTANJ members are asked to participate...first, by being there and, second, by pitching in with an auction item donation.

Thirty big ticket auction items or packages are the goal for the night. Donations can be the item or package of your choice with "indulgences," e.g., "Scotch Tower," imported cigars, and "experiences," e.g. sports tickets, golf club foursomes, restaurant gift cards, deemed very popular.

All auction donors will receive multiple recognitions in print and on social media prior to, at and following the event.

Importantly, while the funds raised certainly will benefit CTANJ, like last year, a portion of the monies taken in will be given to Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
